In today's society, the concept of beauty is often distorted and influenced by external factors. However, it is important to reflect on what it truly means to be a beautiful woman according to God's perspective. We spend millions and millions of dollars on beauty treatments, hair/nail products. We go as far as risking our lives, for external body enhancements. Sis, God values inner beauty over external appearance. The Bible emphasizes the importance of a gentle and quiet spirit, kindness, humility, and love. True beauty radiates from within and is reflected in a woman's character and actions, and not so much from her external, physical attributes.
A beautiful woman according to God is someone who places her faith and trust in Him. She seeks to build a personal relationship with God, relying on His guidance and wisdom in all aspects of her life. Her beauty is enhanced by her devotion to God and her willingness to surrender to His will.
God values a woman who upholds moral values and lives a life of integrity. She strives to do what is right, even in challenging situations. Her words are filled with grace and kindness, and she treats others with respect and compassion and does not see other women as her competition.
When we seek to honor God, we will come to understand the importance of modesty. Choosing to dress modestly should not be looked down on, because it reflects our value and self-worth. Carrying ourselves with grace and dignity, comes from having our hearts postured toward God. Now, everyone’s journey looks different, so, let’s be encouragers, rather, judging our sister in Christ.
A beautiful woman in God's eyes seeks wisdom and knowledge. We must invest time in studying the Word of God, seeking to grow spiritually and intellectually. Our beauty is not limited to physical appearance but is also evident in her wisdom and understanding, from God and His Word, NOT from the world! God’s Word will teach us how to selflessly serve and empowers others. Our gifts and talents will be used to make a positive impact in the lives of those around us, because beauty from God is expressed through acts of kindness, compassion, and generosity.
Being a beautiful woman according to God's perspective transcends physical appearance. It is a combination of inner beauty, faith, virtuous character, modesty, wisdom, and a heart for serving others. When we strive to embody these qualities, we reflect the beauty that God intended for us. Let us remember that true beauty lies in the eyes of our Creator, and it is a beauty that lasts for eternity! So, let us turn away from the standards of the world and turn to the LOVE of GOD.
